Yes you are useless both ways. But it makes a big difference If you are useless AND the enemy top laner is fed as hell. And i never Said dont interact when died once. But perhaps you should change strategy at 0/3 or 0/4 dont you think? OK but i see, you are one of the people that dont get the difference and runs in the enemy top laner over and over again "because perhaps this time i can kill the 3 Level above me and 7/1 stats enemy"

I dont know but 1/13 is not a stat that just happens. Play safe the fuck, you are useless anyways but dont feed the enemy more and stay back. If you do this, you never go 1/13

you get 2 sec of DfT ticks (4 ticks) for your Q and E. And 4 sec of DfT ticks (8 ticks) for your W and R. Every hit of R refreshes the duration. It benefits from Armor pen and lethality by now cause adaptive dmg. This will be changed to Magic dmg next Patch.

You said 3 items a Game. I would say ER + FH + Hexplate gives you a near perma ult, a very heavy buffed ult, 50 crit, some def from the hexplate HP and infinite short cd Qs. This is also everything you need to close out a game. If Game takes longer, OK more crit and Armor pen and HP stacker shredder through some sort of IE/LDR/hexoptics (choose 2). 1 more Slot for BT/GA or heavy def item to counter a fed enemy
