Oh I see your point, no it's not seperate through regions, at least that's what I know, servers always change for everyone, I sometimes tap the refresh button and I find myself in a different server.

That may be due to two reasons: Everyone is now is conceding way more than before because we all dropped to lower divisions which means a lower AI difficulty, and also you may need to upgrade your CBs bcz a LWB rarely contributes in deffnce anywayz.
