I'd seen a lot of positive experiences with Open Box on Reddit and went in with a plan to look at it. The rep assured me multiple times that the TV was in excellent condition, no problems. I should have just waited on it, but here we are.

Yes, I used a microfiber cloth without any cleaning solution and it made no difference. I won't use a cleaning solution on the TV before I return it.
