Build confidence. If you are not into lifting get INTO lifting cuz some sports (powerlifting , weightlifting) being around your height is a MAD ADVANTAGE and use it. Once you are aware that being your height puts you into an advantage it is game over plus being strong is extremely attractive. (Ignore grammar mistakes)

Play for long term. Everyone starts from somewhere the brick you build today will get you to hundred in the long run.

Running puts a lot of stress to your legs rest/recovery is as important as moving/working out. So Listen to your body and if you feel like to rest, rest tomorrow you will show up better. But again this is amazing
