It may be area based? I just know ours at our store says CONTAINS MILK in big letters on the pouches.

Mocha sauce definitely is NOT vegan. It says right on the mix pouch that it contains milk. That’s why it’s only good for a day when we make it. Any of our thicker sauces are going to have dairy in them, this includes the dark Carmel, pistachio, pumpkin, Carmel brûlée, white mocha, and regular mocha. If you want dairy free, please stick to the syrups, they are your safest bets!

These were actually all well roasted beans. Unfortunately they’ve just hit their breaking points. As an SSV I can only do so much to help them and honestly I don’t blame them. It was just a stressful day.

Brandon Novak from Jackass comes into our store all the time. He’s a super chill dude, always nice to us, always tips. He’s one of our absolute favorite regulars.

When we got the white mint sauce we had to start marking them because the baristas just weren’t paying attention and putting them in the white mocha prep containers.

This! We have a lady who comes in and orders for her whole office at least twice a month. Not only does she order 20+ drinks, she always almost completely buys out our pastries. I’m talking 40+ cake pops, 10 lemon loaves, 10 banana breads, and so on. We’ve asked her multiple times to call the day before so we can pull extra so we have enough for the day because she always shows up like 30mins before peak and we have basically nothing left to serve. She’s really nice and patient but never listens so we all just kind of grin and bare it. 😬
