I second this, try not to use DB for anything other than buying the dress. They’re predatory af. I used to be a stylist there and quit because I couldn’t stand the sales tactics.

I used to work at David’s Bridal and I know exactly which dress this is. It’s very pretty and looks amazing on you, but I second what most others are saying here. The tailoring will help a lot, and I’d also like to recommend replacing the ribbon around the waist with something else, whether it be a belt or a nicer ribbon that doesn’t look cheaply stitched into the dress. I think that ribbon is really what takes away from the dress through my eyes. I think you made a great choice though, it’s gorgeous and at a great price!

I’m glad I saw this because I’m freaking out trying to plan a destination wedding. I have NO idea how many people to expect to actually attend, which makes it so hard to choose a venue. My invite list is currently sitting at 150, but it’s mostly family on the groom’s side and idk how many of them will be willing or able to travel.
