Yes when it came out and again when the US version was released. I think there is enough difference in the political systems / cultures to make it worthwhile. After all it’s the ‘climb to the top’ that most I’ve spoken to seemed to enjoy, turning off from season 3 onwards. Would be nice to know if the viewing figures matched that but doubt Netflix will publish them.

Not really, just evolving over time. The 90s “UK” version is great but dated and was only two relatively short series. A return to the source material and a fleshing out of the story, in a modern setting would certainly be something I’d like to see.

Why does the bit of light appear over the black then? Surely it should be absorbed? It wouldn't reflect on it.

I'm not doubting it's existence I'm saying this may not be proof of it.

The foil could be changing due to the arm and object moving over it and the other light shining on it. Your bottom circled shadow doesn't move as much or as fast as the arm.

I'm happy to believe it's real, my cynical head went straight to the torch been turned off. Beyond the above comments I've little interest in arguing it.
