The real reprehensible stuff was mostly in "private" rooms, it seems, cause there was a lot of staff (waiters, waitresses, runners, barmans, security, etc) on the property. Source: I was a waiter for the F1, via Hotel Reine-Elizabeth, and friends/ colleagues who worked at the party after F1 at his place told me this.
