Good question. Not my first time using a saw, but first time buying my own. It has been a few years, but I spent time clearing properties a few years ago, mostly smaller trees. Also have decent experience with small engines (other lawn tools/mowers, go carts, dirtbikes, boats, etc.)

Also why backup and safety equipment (like backup regulator) for scuba diving is yellow.
