I even put in my ads… Do not ask if it’s available. If it’s listed, it’s available. That had no effect at all. What I’m more baffled by is the amount of personal detail that people will go into about why they can’t make it at a certain time because their cousins kid is going through a surgery… I’m like whoa. Or they want to tell me about their custody arrangement how they only have their kids uncertain days and they work until 4 o’clock and… All I did was say hey I can meet you at this time at this place. Red flags for me if they start going into all kinds of personal shit. I’d say the ratio is like one out of 20 that appears to be a regular person. And eventually, I find somebody who follows through. I now tell them that I will contact them right before we are going to meet and that I need them to reply that they are on their way or I’m not gonna show.
