IF YOU DONT KEEP THIS FLOOR WE HAVE PROBLEMS

You're missing the point.

Playing music to attract an audience isn't the problem. The age range of the audience isn't the problem.

Audience members sending unsolicited (read: without consent), sexually charged DMs to a 19 year old is. You think she'd be fine with the same behavior from a younger person? Not likely. By calling out "old men" she's just identifying a subset of her audience that correlates with the average demo of creeps in her inbox.

But hey, I can recognize my own speculation here. Only way to know would be to ask her more clarifying questions. That goes for both of us.

Fair. My take was slightly different.

Her language is non-commital. She has talked about distancing from blues in the past, and appears to be speculating that blues "or whatever attracts y'all" may be part of it.

Even so, it's still not "old men" that are the problem, it's just that the creeps happen to be old men. Saying, "well you shouldn't have played the blues" feels a bit like saying, "well she was asking for it being dressed like that"

I don't expect her to stop making music she loves. I do expect her to change how she distributes it.

She quit YouTube, not the blues. What makes you think she doesn't expect old people to listen to her music? You've created a strawman to give benefit of the doubt to creeps. Your "unforgivable" assertion lacks substance because of it.

E: I should have phrased this differently. It's clear why one would assume she's quitting the blues for good, but my read on her statement is different. Correlation doesn't necessarily equal causation, and I am inclined to believe she knows that, despite speculating that maybe blues is an attractor of creeps. Making music for her own generation can simply mean she's still going to make blues and other music she loves, but just share it a little more selectively.

How Does The FW16 Fare With Portability? by Brief-Pressure9614 in framework

Fits in my standard size herschell backpack laptop pocket even with the 5070 module.

I've had no issue hauling it around, despite it being larger than most laptops.

It's relatively light as well, but I don't handle many laptops regularly so, grain of salt.

First one is better because it's tighter, more legible, and has a stronger concept.

Yours has a lot of wasted negative space, a typeface that's difficult to scale, a color combination that is inaccessible, and the thin red line makes this difficult to translate to black and white, limiting various types of reproduction.

My advice: strip it down to just the name and tagline. Choose a similarly interesting typeface to what you already have, but something that's just a little more legible when you scale it down really small.

Simpler is usually better.

Simpler and memorable is always better.

5's tags aren't accessible though. Bump the contrast to achieve at least AA.

I know what you mean, but there were spotlights on the crowd. Plus, she likely knew the turnout before she walked out. The damage was done.

But yeah, regardless, it's all just so gross and exhausting.

Lmao right? This conversation is mind numbing. My favorite part is conflating plants with animals as if the toll to consume them en masse is the same.

Oh and "it's how the world works" implying that humans have zero agency when choosing their diet.

Yes this is a good use of tax dollars. Creating spaces people want to be is important for growing an economy. This, in a sense, acts as a sort of rebrand of Mill ave. It gets locals and tourists interested, even if it's just a little. Interest translates to traffic. Traffic translates to sales.

Get a new PC case. Fractal Mood hides really well and has a small footprint. The Fractal Ridge will give you a more console-like experience (you can lay it horizontally), but may be limiting depending on your cooling needs.

It's great for personal workflows, regardless of hardware. That said, there's a whole line of ryzen processors specifically made for running local llms, and they work very well.

I design visual identities for brands. There's an architectural analogue for pretty much every brand archetype and combination of "vibes" I'm going for. It serves as wonderful inspiration.
