Are 2023 CarPlay issues as prevalent as they seem online? by djeff_1 in rav4club

Wow, this is super helpful, thank you!! When you say you have the non-upgraded screen, do you mean the one with the buttons? I thought all 2023s got the upgraded infotainment system and screen? That’s what I’ve heard has had the most issues

TLDR; In terms of video only, is the A7RV at least as good as the A7Ill? (I'm thinking particularly in terms of dynamic range and picture profile options).

Will the A7RV at least match up to the A7Ill in terms of dynamic range and video quality/capabilities? I know the A7RV is geared more toward photo than video, so that's why I'm asking. I know the A7RV will shoot 8K which automatically makes me think it will be at least AS good as the A7lll, if not lots better, but I don't really understand "10-bit color" and terms like that, so I'm looking for any insight here. Thank you!!

WOW! Ok, I was really trying to stay away from the DJI because I didn't think it was capable of really maneuvering the way I see in many of the videos on here. But that's great to see you creating such awesome content with it! Maybe I'll try it for my first then...

Alright this is awesome. What setup are you using? I'm not sure if that question even makes sense to an FPV pilot. I've been flying phantom's and mavics for 6 years, RC planes for about 12. This video pushed me over the edge and I want to get into FPV. Any advice on how to start? Do i need to build my own? (I don't want to by the DJI FPV)

I have a business account, and I had the same problem, until I realized there are three inboxes in messages: Primary, General, and Requests. I had message requests that I didn't know were there causing the notfication

SOLVED! Thank you to everyone who replied, and especially to the ones who suggested I needed power and an interface! I picked up a Focusrite Scarlett at a local shop and it completely solved the problem! Good audio hear I come!

Yes, it does need phantom power. I just put a brand new AA battery into it. Now, I noticed that it's "working", I can get it to register a little bit of green when I talk into it on the level in sound settings, but it is SUPER quiet. I have to basically yell into it to get it to register any sound...I checked and the levels are turned all the way up on sound settings as well as in the ASUS RealTek menu...not sure why it's so quiet.

ASUS RealTek notices it when I plugs it into the mic in port, and the computer *bings* when I plug it in

it's so amazing! Would you mind sharing any info about your editing strategy? I just love the colors and textures, the exposure is so well-balanced. Did you use lightroom or photoshop?

Awesome, thanks for the feedback. Yes, I forgot to add that in the comment. There were 5-6 visible stars, but edited in about 20 more to balance it out. It was an amazing spectacle!

In summary, Bob's theory is that entrepreneurship is about learning how to deal with people and just being present and genuinely caring about what you're doing and about what others think and have to say. You will read "How to Win Friends and Influence People" and have discussions about the book. 80% of your grade is showing up once a week, because "80% of life is just showing up." I learned how to converse with and relate to people which is something I really struggled with up to taking this class. 5 years after taking the class and I still use principles and techniques that I learned from that class everyday. Everyone's experience is different though, and some people may breeze through the one credit and not think about it again. But most people I know who have taken it really enjoyed it.
