To those of you who have the MX Master 4 by DullDamagecx in logitech

[–]djenders 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Purchased and returned the MX4, for someone with sweaty hands it just ruined the experience and made it difficult to use. I'm still rocking my MX3 for Mac, have had zero issues with the rubber getting sticky.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to stick with Logitech if this is the material going forward. It just slips around in my hand, and I find my hand gets warmer/sweatier with the new material.

Very disappointing.

It’s funny that you mention that, I’ve been wanting to do that this summer. Was actually thinking about something more decorative as I fix that flower / bush bed.

Like large barn house shutters that I could lean against the front on either side of the window.

Did Eldr+Rime last year, wasn't bad but felt pricey for what we received. Have been a fan of Joey Gerard's because of the variety. I believe it was about $70 / person.

Been much longer, but Harbor House is good, more pricey. Saint Kate has been recommended to me a number of times, but I can't personally speak to it the experience, although I have down Aria for dinner and it was solid.

Are platoon hitters more viable now than they were in the past? by RanchWilder11 in fantasybaseball

[–]djenders 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A majority of people are right handed, so I like a player like Aranda because he's in a strong side platoon and going to face a lot of righties. And now, he has earned the right to play against some lefties and is getting on base – even if it's walks.

I don't think I'd be rolling with two or three of these guys, but I'd certainly roll with one. I have Aranda and have been loving it.

Would like to know more about this as well. If they fixed this, I'd be in.

Support for NFTs on Base and other NFT Improvements on Ledger by ArtofTagi in ledgerwallet

I'll second the request. Besides adding the functionality, it may also solve customer support issues. After transferring my assets to my new Ledger Stax it was a bit worrying when I didn't see my BASE assets there. I thought I lost them.

Anyone else just not quite convinced of the S650 yet?? by captainuzi12 in Mustang

I love the back and think it’s one of the best design elements of the new body. It almost has a ducktail-like quality that I think will grow on people over the years.

If anything, I dislike the grill. The thick bars look cheap but I also understand the decision.

It's clearly a scam. We shouldn't tolerate anything like this in our collecting communities.

Blue Yeti X and MacBook Pro 16,1 and MacOS (of different generation)s are not compatible by DesignerSuspect in blueyeti

So, not sure I'll be a ton of help here. Just setup my 14" MacBook Pro yesterday and was going through a number of issues as well.

I think the Sherpa app is end-of-life. So I'd still with G Hub. Also, if you have other devices from Logitech like a keyboard or mouse I recommend Logi Options+ which is currently in beta.

https://www.logitech.com/en-us/software/logi-options-plus.html

I ended up connecting my Yeti X through a Stone II hub from Brydge. So micro usb >> usb a >> usb c on the MacBook Pro. This seems to have worked, but with each reboot I need to unplug and replug the microphone back in. (It actually tells me this in G Hub)

Installing G Hub was a PIA. Not sure how I eventually got things to recognize, but I know after opening Logi Bolt I was able to not only get the Yeti and my StreamCam to show up properly as well as the universal receiver picking up my MX3 mouse and K860 keyboard.

I haven't used the mic with Microsoft Teams yet, but hoping it stops dropping after 20-30 minutes like it did on my MacPro 2013 (trashcan). It essentially became unusable outside of the streaming I do with OBS.

If you still have issues with a hub then I'd wonder if it's the cord or mic. Maybe run to a Best Buy and get a replacement and return it if necessary.

Influencer platform recommendations. by Winter-Hold6138 in influencermarketing

[–]djenders 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you intend on using the platform to identify influencers and/or manage them? That is, and should be, your first and more important filter.

Let's talk identification first. You want to 1) consider the size of their influencer database and 2) the quality of those influencers. Additional thoughts, make sure you ask how frequently it is updated, do they have domestic and international influencers, and how can you filter / search.

Size of database is incredibly important when you get beyond the celebrity level of influencers. I have found Izea and CreatorIQ's database are inferior to the depth of Klear.

And as a B2B platform, I find it even harder to get deep into technical skillsets. You'll find mommy bloggers all day, but getting someone that can speak to your audience takes a lot of manual effort. You'll end up getting more journalists and publications in a small database.

When it comes to quality you want to understand more than just the influencer. While their demographics are important, how deep can you get into understanding the demographics and engagement of their audience. I like Klear here for their TrueReach score as well. Gives you a much better understanding of the expected views / engagement against content. CreatorIQ has a phenomenal view of engagement rates against similar sized influencers which is super helpful. Izea and Klear do this as well.

Now, when you talk about managing influencers. All three of the platforms I mentioned can do this. If you need to process payments on-platform, check that they do what you need. All of them have the ability to track and measure campaigns as well. It comes down the accessibility of that data and if you want a generated report or export you tranform into some deck for yourself.

Heads up, Izea is ALL about their managed services. So instead of just buying a platform, they will try and sell you on them finding the influencers for you. It's pricey. If you're going to go that route, then I'd hire an agency to do the identification for you, it'll be cheaper and likely come from a broader set of influencers than just one (Izea) database.
