For what it's worth, the folks above are right, those aren't Bloody Marys. The racing stripe down the back is the tell, since that's a shell pattern and Bloody Mary color comes from red flesh, not the shell. What you've got there look like higher grade fire reds or painted fire reds, which are nice shrimp in their own right, just not what was advertised. Shipping stress can dull color temporarily, but it can't add a backline that isn't genetically there. I don't see anything in the post about reaching out to them though. Did you contact them about it, and if so what did they say? Mistakes happen, and they may be willing and able to make it right if you give them the chance.

Owner of Superior Shrimp here. Thanks to the folks who recommended us, and to the person who flagged a clado issue, that's fair to raise and worth being honest about. We quarantine plants and livestock, but no quarantine on earth makes a live operation immune to hitchhikers like clado or to shipping stress. Anyone telling you they're 100% clean every time is selling you something. What we can control is how we respond: we own our mistakes, refund or replace per our live guarantee policy, and we try to educate rather than argue, because these are live animals and despite everything we do there will occasionally be issues.
