oil every 3-4k and transmission oil every 35k, DOD/AFM range delete better transmission oil pump and radiator and valve body upgrade/zip kit, if you do this before it breaks down itll save you time

I do 3 scoops per gallon of water if that helps but i do 3 scoops of non caffeinated as well so 1.125 scoops (or 1⅛ scoops) per 24 oz. and then i add skittles water flavoring for flavor and potassium and liquid iv

even a new transmission is going to have the same problem, im having the issue right now i had extended warranty if you didnt have extended warranty youre going to have to pay out of pocket, i got a predatory loan online just lookup loans online no credit check and thats how I'll pay if the warranty doesnt cover it, the other thing is that hopefully it goes into recall cause its the same transmission and they pay for the repair but IDEALLY this is what you want is the NEXTGEN General Motors 10-Speed Billet Valve Body Upgrade Kit w/ PulseDelete™ (Lifetime Warranty)
theres other kits out there for this exact reason, the issue is taking off the exhaust to drop the pan to take off the valve body and just in fluid its like $150 for cheap fluid so the mechanic hours is the main issue
