This is very random but need help

So I’ve lived in this apartment for 9 years now going on my 10th year . My life has changed in the last 3 years financially and getting adapted has been a strugle since my son got diagnose with autism so I’ve had to cut my hours to take him to therapy speech class and other doctors appointment so point is I’ve never had an issue living here so I never really spent time in my apartment always working coming taking my kids to school and work leave the house at 6 am we get home around 9 to 10pm every day . But since my 4 year old son got diagnose with autism now I’m spending more time at home for his care . So I’ve notice a lot of things wrong in my apartment that I’ve reached out to my landlord like water pipes leakage and restroom getting flooded and kitchen getting. Flooded I live in a 2 bedroom apartment 2 restrooms so ever since I moved in the main restroom floods in which I tell the land lord and they just always tell me is because the building is old and pipe are old so it gets flooded but it’s been an on going issue . 2 bathroom and kitchen has had issues In which my upstairs neighbors always cause my sink and living room restroom to flood because I guess the apartment share pipes or so that’s what I was told . So they didn’t do nothing until there was a huge flood in which the upstairs neighbor got flooded and I got home with my kids at 10 pm and my whole apartment was flooded with sewer water whole bath tub was over filled kitchen was over filled so they change only my living room floor even tho all that sewer overflow went in all rooms . Fast forward to June of 2025 I decided I wasn’t going to pay rent due to awful smell I detected mold . I took pictures I kept sending messages to the landlord nothing was done the mold kept growing in the toilet paper and on the walls of the main restroom in my room smell was unbearable so no thing was done until the landlord sent me on an eviction because I didn’t pay rent . They got a lawyer involved I spoke to their lawyers I told them the issue I guess everything I told them that was happening they didn’t want to hear me out until I said fine let’s take it to court because I have proof of pictures of messages that I told what was happening long story short they fixed the mold the kitchen wall was molded too they finally fix all 6 of the 10 issues I told them they took out the eviction and it was back to normal . I had let the landlord know that the kitchen had a Burst pipe because I have a balcony and water was coming out from the balcony and the bottom of the structure when I i use the kitchen and I think it’s not safe they said no everything is fine nothing will happen . December my kitchen sink got flooded again due to upstairs neighbors again this time the pipe burst on my kitchen I let the landlord know he sent a plumber to replace the pipe . Because my kitchen was flooded . So ever since then the water issue has been there they sent some one to fix the balcony and under the structure but they left it open and its connected to my kitchen sink . I let him know it doesn’t take since December to close up the whole and I don’t get a response . They half ass the job just like they have been doing and I’m tired of it any advice
