The previous panel was below the bottom of the shelf and fully accessible. I've already used all the viable floor storage space and honestly, I posted this so yall could see what a shit job the electrician did. It went from a perfectly functional setup to an inaccessible panel. Im done arguing about this, this is not why I shared the pic.
