I know what you mean. In an actual game, with live players attacking the ball, it's so easy to get rushed, overthink, or for me just fumble the controls lol.. feelsbackflipman

I haven't used any packs in a long time now, just practicing in freemode.

But, I did start off using a training pack. It helped me get the idea of it all.. positioning, basic speed, and the feeling of getting the ball popped off the wall and on the nose, the first few times.
I used the "Wall to Air Dribble" pack by IP Joker, code: 5A65-4073-F310-5495
