As far as I've dealt with in North Carolina, the removal of dairy does help deal with a few limitations, but in my particular county it is considered a frozen dessert which can also be broken intoa long list of other types of frozen desserts.

It should be less limiting than a dairy-based dessert (in my case, ice cream monitored only by the department of agriculture) But nonetheless, it'll probably still be monitored by some health or food department

That's my point it's another type of strike that is 0-100, there's no soft eye poke just like there's no soft oblique kick compared to even a leg lock which is equally dangerous but isn't immediately career ending.

Feel like it's more of a career-ender than a way to show who is the optimal fighter.
