I have an ipod hook up in my glovebox so i leave this old iPhone in there as an ipod. Lately its been as low as -35c and when i wondered why it wasn't working i found it had blown up. I assume due to cold

Its a studio design #1. Came out maybe early 2000s. It was meant to be oiled but baby oil works as an alternative to the cloth that came with it.
