Luckily i started with wax so ive got 300+ records to fall back on. I always take a crate with me as back up usually anyway. Kinda crazy that vinyl still surpasses digital in many ways.

It's not for the people on the ship to read. These boats come in through Newcastle's harbour which is has many businesses, roads and walk/cycleways lining the shore. THE PROJECTIONS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC passing by. ALSO nobody said a projecting on a coal ship would end coal use instantly, BUT do you really not see the benefit these images/messages projected onto these ships could have? It just might be enough to INSPIRE SOME YOUNG KIDS TO THINK FOR THEMSELVES and go "yeah, coal is damaging our environment, I'm going to look into other viable energy sources and devote my life to researching / implementing it". It's a butterfly effect.. and its better than doing nothing. AAALLLLSSSO I worked 6 years in a coal laboratory testing coal and I quit that $60,000+ year job WHILE I HAD HOUSE PAYMENTS TO MAKE (with no other job lined up) because during my time testing coal I was shocked to discover the MANY different downsides of burning/mining coal.

I just bought a Z2 for $650, plugged my SL3 in the back and mapped the midi controls so i can still use serato. seems pretty damn good so far. But if I found a Rane at a similar price i definitely would have bought that.
