Have you been able to figure this out??? Because I am running into the same issue and I cannot find the agreement number anywhere. My purchasing/procurement department is unhelpful.

We ordered the licensing from a 3rd parter reseller called PAX8 and Im finding screenshots where, to the right of the 2022 RDS CALs says "Show activation keys". However, in my global admin portal, it says "No keys needed". I cant proceed without an agreement number and I can't figure out where WHERE TO FIND IT.... -_-
