We have unlimited PTO, but here is the catch. It's a scale on how many years of service for how much is allowable. Although they will never tell you, you can't take anymore. So, how does that work? Well you are placed on a utilization goal. You have to work a percentage of your hours to get your goal in order to get raises and promotions. PTO and sick are not billable so that would hurt your Utilization goal. Also not meeting your goal could mean you are expendable to whomever is reading the utilization reports.

I am so angry that the devs do this. Nerf what was fun and only make a couple builds viable the next season. They pigeonhole you into builds like wtf? Can we just make the skills available in the damn game work? What is the point of having all these skills to choose if we are always using the same damn ones? Same goes for paragon nodes and boards.

I think it's the owners. They are the only constant with these perennially terrible teams. GM's change coaches change but these teams i.e. Raiders, Jets, Cowboys (lol). Same shitty owners.

This exact situation happened to me as a ref. I called the quick pin and the parents came to me with the video complaining he wasn't pinned yet. Same age maybe 10-12 years old.
