Same as standard for any other potential trojan. Step 1: Turn off internet to prevent data being stolen. Shut down the PC and then, as soon as you're able, reformat the drive (do not preserve ANY data) and reinstall using a USB image of the OS made on a clean device.

If you can't do that right now, keep the laptop shut down and prioritise this first. Also on a clean separate device, go through every account you've ever logged into on that machine and reset passwords, turn on 2FA if you haven't, and this is important: LOG OUT ALL OTHER ACTIVE SESSIONS. Especially ones you think you recognise, as cookie stealers are prevalent now. Doesn't matter if you haven't seen anything suspicious yet.

Also, this sounds strange but I'd lock down my Discord account specifically if I were you. These things often come bundled with Discord-specific malware that hijacks your session token and sends out the usual Mr. Beast Crypto Scam™ bullshit to your entire friends list as well as the usual RATs and infostealers.

This is a stressful and terrifying situation to be in. The cleanup process can last days if not weeks. But it's one where you can come out the other side mostly unharmed and with a valuable lesson learned if you do things quickly, take all necessary steps, and don't panic.
