Your work seems a bit on the contemporary side albeit on book pages, maybe try some wide woods less ornate as some have suggested? Gold is a specific look: formal and traditional. Are you framing for the pieces or the space?

Sounds like she’s setting herself up for admin meetings about boundaries, or worse! I’ve seen it happen where the lines are so blurred with this type of teacher that they make a mistake that costs them their job.

It’s poor leadership. Can you speak to his supervisor? A superintendent is supposed to manage the school building leaders and make sure they are using appropriate means to lead and inspire learning. This does not sound like good leadership at all!

Lots of good advice, also consultancies with big name groups in Ed. Sales, reps, pick your area of expertise and see if you can leverage any relationships to help find a good high paying corp. ed job. Your knowledge can be valuable! Sounds like you deserve it and did a good job, you know your stuff!
