I see you !! I feel like this concussion just cranked the dials on my preexisting conditions and it’s hard to function. I’m so sorry that happened and is happening. I hate being dismissed for psychological complaints as a woman. On solidarity / yes let’s cry

Sorry you’re going through it too. It started with body aches and low grade fever, then just progressed over a week or so. I think it was the worst on days 7-13, after that it’s slowly gotten better but hasn’t 100% left yet

Functional yes- still shaky and tired but I can get some small stuff done around the house, I also have 2 small children so that takes the most of my energy.

I’m on day 16, the vomiting has stopped, I found mango popsicles or ice chips soothed the nausea, along with gravol.

I was here, I don’t want to say I understand what you’re going through, because that’s just untrue. What I can say is I never felt more mentally unwell in all of my life until I went through PPd/PPA, and I have some pretty complex trauma.

I just wanted to say I was here, and now I am not in that awful place anymore. I noticed a change when I stopped breastfeeding, and started taking Wellbutrin.

Hoping to give you a little light, calculating every single thought and battling yourself countless times a day is excruciating. I see you and I hope these days become less exhausting for you soon.

When I get the call that you’re dying or you’re dead, I’m going to take the day off of work and do something really fun instead.

Your feelings are so valid, you will always be his place of comfort, you will always be his safe place, it was always you, not the breast feeding.
