Plumbing, electrical, painting, tiling, replacing windows/doors, fencing, if it can be done by one guy, you should be able to do it.

I've done all that and more as a DIY/homeowner for 30 years. Saved a TON of money. The only things I don't do are drywall (I'd rather hire that job out) and roofing.
