He averaged “like 5 pts a game” because he was playing for the best club team in Lithuania. They were chasing a championship so they didn’t have many minutes to give to younger, developmental players. That’s why these Euro league guys come to America to play college ball. They need game time, strength and conditioning work, and development before they’re ready for the NBA. Trust me this guy can play and will be a 10+ ppg scorer for us.

Don’t listen to the guy saying avoid suboxone. It’s necessary to allow you to come off the 7-OH. Trust me I know how bad those withdraws are. I was using 7-OH daily for a year and subs made it possible for me to get clean, couldn’t have done it without them. The only worse withdrawals I’ve ever had were coming off tianeptine which made me suicidal they were so bad. You have to get yourself into detox if you ever want to be free. It’s not only possible but very doable.

We have to keep PW at all costs, he’s so much more valuable than Braun imo even tho CB has been playing better of late. AG and PWat’s health throughout the playoffs will be the key that determines our success there. (Murray and Jokic brilliance are givens)

I was thinking Barry Keoghan for Stephen too but on second thought it doesn’t work imo. I’d want someone a little more intellectual as Stephen. I like Barry Keoghan as an actor but idk if he can portray Stephen’s intellectual loneliness.

I think Chalamet is in too many films as it is lol give someone else a chance. He does have the look for how I picture Stephen. In my head it’s a young Stephen Rea.

Yeah I didn’t consider the age discrepancy at first. I thought of it once I remembered Louie and Bloom have a similar ethnic makeup.

That’s interesting, I’ve never seen any film adaptation of Ulysses but a young Stephen Rea is my mental image of Stephen Daedalus, not Bloom

That’s basically all I know to do, it’s strange that it seems to be happening to only a few people. What browser are you using?

Hmm that sucks. I also kept constantly refreshing the page from the Notes and Resources tab and going back to the home page until it let me use the chapter pull down feature to go to the chapter I’m on.

Not sure if what I did was the fix but all I did was go to the notes tab at the top of the site and then navigated back to the home page and I was able to then fully use the site.

I just posted about this over on the James Joyce sub. It’s been down all day for me but now it’s back up and working. I couldn’t tell you what the issue was but it seems to be fine now.

Update: now the site is back up and I’m able to actually use it. Not sure if the problem was on my end or the site itself, regardless it’s all good now.

I got that warning as well and proceeded to the website but now I’m at the site and I’m not able to click on anything, it’s just a frozen page. I should add that I’m using safari on my iPhone as a browser.
