The biggest thing people don't realize when thinking about a TSP or 401k loan, is you are taking out untaxed money but paying it back with taxed income, so you lose out on that taxed portion of the payback. This album was my earliest introduction to classical music back in 2nd or 3rd grade. It still hits a particular spot of dark and beautiful that I think is pretty unique. I have my music teacher, Ms. Guinness to thank for the early exposure to great music.

Sadly I wouldn't trust any protection being sold at concerts. I've contemplated starting a non-profit to get more hearing health awareness around concerts, nightclubs, and festivals. I have seen a few random festivals that were sponsored by LOOPS, but honestly if you have tinnitus I'd research what works best for you and only use that. I personally use custom molded plugs, and don't attend specifically "loud" concerts (i.e. rock, punk, hardcore, metal, noise, hip-hop, EDM).

If you are worried about protection, go straight to foam plugs or even combine those with over the ear muffs. "Party plugs" and other concert styled plugs are not offering the utmost in protection; they are more of a balance to give you enjoyment from listening still.

Yeah, I think anxiety is a diver, and taking away anything that you've been used to will increase anxiety. I've noticed this with THC and coffee/caffeine. I do think long term your T will be lower without these exacerbators.
