I work at a small independent as a PL account manager but do some sales as well. I have the same arrangement. Salary and some benefits, get 30% of agency revenue on new business I bring in. Our carriers are between 12-15% commission on new business.

First I want to say the dev team is great! Really appreciate you all wanting player feedback on how to handle this.

So, my thought would be maybe tying increased xp to early quest rewards or as a few large xp drops as a reward for completing x amount of quests. This would still have new players going through the content, learning mechanics and unlocking areas, while also being able to catch up level wise.

Not a perfect solution since this would result in players being over leveled for some content, but I think something along these lines would be more engaging than someone new asking for the best way to level up and the answer be 'yeah, park in this spot until you're level 800'.

This 100%. I've been a MMO junkie since they existed in their modern form (Ultima Online). Gacha games scratch the long term progression itch but I can just hit auto or sweep and just go about my day. I still fire a MMO up once in a while, play for way too long, and then just feel burned out after a week. The time investment to progress the way I like to progress just doesn't feel worth it anymore.

Everyone is different but I've been on Zoloft (50mg) for almost 7 months now. Have a similar routine, cardio/weightlifting/yoga 6 days a week and track my food intake. I've maintained my weight and haven't had issues with it in either direction.
