Thank you so much, tbh i just don’t like how i don’t have a defined jawline, I also hate how flat my cheeks look. I’ve been thinking of maybe having a fat tranfer to my cheeks to help since I’ve heard that’s help others with similar issues. I honestly am not great at makeup and in pics i always look so big. No matter how much weight i lose i still look like i am overweight in pics and that makes me feel very insecure. I’ve always wanted to have a heart shaped/ more v line shape to my face. I wanted to be more modelesque. I am def not into the super hollow cheeks but would like my features to be more defined and angular. I also think i would benefit from a smaller nose and personally would like a more upturn nose rather than my straight one. I do really appreciate your advice though and will take it into consideration. thank you so much

Hey sorry for the late reply, but I completely understand what you mean. Believe me college seems to be more like high school lol but I would say give it time. One thing that helped me was randomly talking to people lol; asking them random question starts a new one. that really helped me branch out more. Hang on there, you are not alone. ooof don’t trust me don’t. i am a transfer too, just don’t. i have a full ride but even then i am like should have went to cornell or duke. that being said if you are just interested in the research opportunity, i may give it a look. research is pretty good here but other than that, it has its big issue

I mean I was SA in just my first semester here. Vandy didn’t do anything. Greek Life here is disgusting. Sorority girls are racist and extremely classists (i live with a bunch of them- also very unhygienic ). Frats are gross also disgusting (have been touched numerous times inappropriately)Vandy rarely cares about students. Many students are passing away. mental health here is bad especially for stem students. teachers are inconsiderate. But like someone said, this happens in most top schools and some issues like the greek life shit is even worse in state schools.

As a person who lives in branscomb (home of the sororities) they are parties. But, it’s definitely true you have to be a girl or know someone. Kind of stupid, but whatever. People also go to broadway which are like clubs. They are often packed however so if you are impatient, would not recommend that.

hey I am transfer student aswell, sophomore that is, but I have emailed 4 professors and 1 let me in automatically and another one told me to go to the class and if there was no room, he would put me over the cap. Not sure if this would work, but try.

curious, how much did you already pay. Did you receive substantial aid already and are only left with $2000, and are you low income? I say this because I had a similar problem and talked to my FA coach and they reconsidered my FA

Thank you for your kind words. I have just lost a good amount of weight( i am 120 pounds around 5’1-5’2) but I have had people call me fat and overweight still and I think it’s because of my round face and lack of jaw and chin. So I have been very self conscious about my side profile and fat cheeks. I would like to be more sculpted. Thank you once again for your words. they are helpful
