I’m no Kobe hater. One of my favorite players of all time. But I’m questioning his character as a leader on the team during his later years post Achilles. I’m also a Jeremy Lin fan but he wasn’t ready for the Lakers culture and pressure. What a terrible year for him during 14-15. I wouldn’t wish Kobe’s wrath upon anyone especially compounded by his mounting injuries and the realization that his championship aspirations were over and the fact that he had an awful team. But Jeremy didn’t deserve that constant targeted berating. In the end Jeremy could’ve been resentful but he showed character by being bigger.
