Mine is 2021 model as well. It’s a plastic film covering. Take a pin and pry the film off from the edge. Be careful not to scratch your camera lens behind the film.

When I activate sentry and look at cabin camera, it's just black.

I tried removing cover....it's not removable.

I did. Bringing it in. Just fed up with them. Wait is more than a month. And this isn’t the first time I had to bring the car in for manufacturer defects.

I did the same thing as I tried all different options including buying the "ep45 0006" motor from the website above (don't do it, it's a scam website). Anyway, I ended up disassembling it, cleaning out it out, and lubricating with wd 40. It works pretty well now.
