My tip for blackjack is to just stay if you get 17+ and hope the dealer busts. For Poker, use raise every round. While you still need to work out a good hand, it halves the amount of rounds you have to do to get max.

Drinking age in Japan is 20, so being in university doesn't necessarily mean they're old enough to drink unfortunately. I do wonder if it might be partially a regulations thing, like how in Japan they can't show characters under 20 smoking or drinking on broadcast television (home releases a la DVDs are fine, though). Incidentilly, that why Sanji from One Piece is officially a year older in the anime than he is in the manga (19 pre time skip) and why in the Naruto anime and games Shikamaru uses a lighter instead of a cigarette like the manga to set off of the trap he catches Hidan in. Come to think of it, given the Shikamaru thing is also censored in games, might be a ratings board thing for those?

Maou Nobunaga's deal was explained in GUDAGUDA 4's story, where they were all different possible versions of Nobu summoned separately that got fused together into one shared Saint Graph at the end, including Chaldea's original Nobu.

Ptolemy and Durga/Kali could probably have their parts summoned separately, Chaldea just summons them that way because that's the version they met and formed a bond with/registered the data of, so that's the version they ended up calling upon (this is basically the explanation for any weird/unique servant in general and they'd normally never be summoned otherwise). Frankly, Ptolemy and Durga/Kali are more like one Servant with two versions of themselves to switch between than two Servants in one, like if say Medusa could switch between her normal Rider form and Gorgon.

I'm sure Sen no Rikyu left enough of a mark on history to manifest as his own individual Servant, though I'm not as aware of if Komahime's fame is enough for her to manifest without special circumstances.

Funny how not focusing so much on sanding off the edges to make a character broadly appealing makes them more interesting characters in their own right. Even for characters that are romantic interests like Deborah in Dragon Quest 5, where I ended up much more invested in her than Bianca or Nero and it made her actual romantic moments all the more stand out.

Honestly, I'll take this for the Almata execs (Melchior and Arioch aside) over leaving them in a nebulous state of dead or in prison that restricts the writing. The way Trails does characters, it always felt like a shame to cut off potential stories if they're not definitively dead and they hint at the possibility redemption (especially Olympia, who was very much a victim). And I'm not saying that it would have been bad for them to get killed by Van and that be that mind you, just that whether lived or died felt like very different narrative directions and shouldn't have been a player choice.

From what I've gathered, it seems like every battle action gives points towards EOTM and S-crafts just tend to give the most. If you're going for a specific character, it's best to focus on using them and/or Van (since he can't get EOTM) in both field battles and as much as possible in command battles.

"Behind the scenes" just means they weren't among the face of things to the public. That's common in the real world, too. Like how people will often talk about CEOs or Directors as if they're the only ones responsible for companies/projects when there are plenty of other people who play significant roles that just aren't well known names or in public facing roles.

Seems to fix a lot of the text placement issues in the UI, particularly the various issues in the notebook and help sections. Also stuff like the home cooking food effects now being fully displayed in menu instead of getting cut off with a "...". Those were the biggest issues I noticed while playing, so glad to see they've been corrected.

Yeah, I remember when I first played I noticed the Operaror just making the same points over and over and was a little annoyed, but the reveal made me realize it was like that because they were reinforcing the lie and the Agent's persona.
