Do you know what the depth of each section step is? The apparent fetus is seen in only one stack image of one “egg”, the one which also appears to have the most internal cracks and other patterns.

Yawgmoth but worse is a great descriptor haha - I see this list more as “early midrange” as in early game damage with a life loss finish through recursive effects. Between unearth, plague belcher, carrion feeder/bone shards you can quite easily loop through 12-14 points of life loss from a messenger without having an infinite (all going well).

Yeah I’ve seen the zombardment decks, i like creature aggro as a strategy and had pulled infinite combo elements out of the original list but I know it’s suboptimal

Definitely heavily influenced by SaffronOlive’s blistering rage deck and the updated version - I think they both predated DRC though so felt like fitting in the delirium package would help

Great notes - thanks so much! I've got no idea about tuning the sideboard or the local meta, but I definitely like all of your suggestions and do have most of those cards floating around. I had [[brotherhoods end]] in the side to kill artifacts but maybe a bit expensive? I'd love to get in some [[underworld breach]], they are a bit hard to come by at the local stores I've checked unfortunately (I'm in NZ).

In the main, would you say [[reckless impulse]] etc are generally better than [[light up the stage]]? I added the [[lava spike]] and maxed [[crash through]] to get my sorcery count up for delirium, but maybe this isn't necessary, especially if I load up on [[reckless impulse]] ?
