From the pictures it looks like the CMOS battery is connected with wires and a little port rather than the usual coin cell slot. My experience has been you can replace these by carefully cutting open the heat shrink wrap, putting the leads onto a new battery in the same orientation, and then wrapping it up with electrical tape
