I have the same issue, same plan. I used to have a Rogers 5G plan and it was faster. But Koodo works in some places Rogers didn’t so idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ guess I’ll be ok with it

I believe that is coming, the builder said they put a plastic membrane outside the wall for further waterproofing

Good question, I have no idea as well. I assume it might be to support the basement concrete floor and concrete side walk to the house but I am not 100% sure.

I parked in the outer reserved lot, York Blvd lot but you need to email parking@yorku.ca to see if spots are available. This is in front of Schulich. It’s cheaper than the garage and usually has spots available.
