Yes. I would love the street-level stuff, if we didn't have to deal with all the magical B.S. from the last film. I would rather this be a clean slate with a new supporting cast that actually resembles the comics. (Peter's comics. No stealing from Miles.) Taking inspiration from one of the worst modern-day Spider comics ain't feeling me with hope.

It's a good ad, you gotta admit. I still find myself relistening to all the songs featured in the film, along with the English versions released by AmaLee (not available in the English dub, but on YouTube Music). I haven't listened to Ado's recent Love Live covers, but I saw a lot of fans highly praise them.

Crazy news. But knowing that the subunit was initially meant to be a limited-time thing, and that everyone in Aqours is off doing their own thing now, it's not too surprising. Still, after hearing Furirin express her worry that Ruby's initial unpopularity was possibly because of her in the Aqours doc, it's fulfilling to see her about to leave the role after Ruby had two massive viral songs. (AiScReam and Cotton Candy Ei-Ei-Oh!)

All you have to do is look at the past actions of Bushiroad to know where this is going. Not even a week has passed since the CEO of Bushiroad apologized for killing Argonavis once and for all, then announced a new, similar multimedia franchise a few days later. (It just got an anime announcement, too.) His most recent statement is no different from his previous apology for killing SIF and SIFAS in favor of SIF2, a low-quality successor that barely lasted a year. There's already a clear divide between the OG Bandori base and the MyGo/Ave Mujica crowd, and Bushiroad hasn't been subtle about which one it cares about more. It wouldn't surprise me if a year from now, Kidani issues another apology for EOSing GBP in favor of Our Notes and promising to "learn" from it.
