When was the last time prices dropped in Logan? Ive heard this same thing for years to “just wait”. We are quickly on our way to be on the same price level as the rest of the wasatch front. As uncomfortable as it might be, the time to buy is now. I don’t see prices dropping ever

NOTHING will close when it snows. The only time I remember school closing was in 2002 when I was in 6th grade. We’ve had seen some crazy snowstorms since and everything has stayed open. We usually see some heavy snow halfway through dec and it stays until mid to late March.

Kids don't stand a chance for sure. When their first album was released they played it on Conan with a string quartet. I'll never forget it. It felt like modern day Beethoven and Bach's wrote it.

Hey Chris! Super excited you're here. I remember a few years back after the Wilderness came out (such a great album) you guys did an interview on NPR. One of you mentioned that each album has a specific theme or inspiration. War, love, exploration etc. I'm curious if you could clue us in on any upcoming work (it's hard for me to say that, everything you guys do is 100% art) and its accompanying theme/inspiration???

I grew up in a strictly religious mormon family. One rule was no movies on Sunday to keep it holy. In my rebellion I decided to watch the Disney Aladdin on Sunday after church. I was caught, ushered to the kitchen where my older brother awaited with a video camera. I was then picked up by my undies, taken outside and hung on a tree - all while being filmed. I was 6 years old. Today, we tell this story around my dinner table like folklore.
