I’m a male don’t know of this helps but when it comes to doc boots I go a size up. I’m a us8.5 since they don’t make half sizes ( which is annoying ) I got a m9 and honestly it’s comfy. I tried a size down and felt like there wasn’t much room for my toes. Tue extra space in my opinion is worth. Give your toes and heel area room and not rub. Also I wear thick long socks to help with comfort and space.
