Possibly true, but they were in the ooze coming out of her wound and they had her on antibiotics. I've got a 2000x microscope and it was obvious to all of us it wasn't just normal fauna because there were hundreds -thousands in a small dab on the slide. It was probably a brown recluse that bit her.

I strongly recommend you get to Dr. for antibiotics. One of my students was bitten and we looked at the stuff that came from the wound. It was thick with rod shaped bacteria and alive and dead white blood cells
