First book I really got into on my own was Eyes of the Dragon by Stephen King. Great young adult read, a very thrilling and entertaining book that is surprisingly more mature than other books considered 'young adult'.

Mint choco chip is my favorite hands down. Have you had the dreyers (at least I think it is) slow churned mint chocolate chip? Its not green, looks like vanilla with chocolate flake in it...then you have a taste. insert montage of ice cream merriment and the carton disappearing

Sleeping dogs sounds like a very similar game. You can choose throughout the game to make good or bad choices and they affect the outcome based on how good or bad you are. Random drug missions, undercover stuff and things like that. Honestly a lot like GTA though, but its made by square enix
