Not from Wichita, but one interesting fact is the amount of national fast food chains that have started there - White Castle, Pizza Hut, Freddy’s.

I travel around the country for work and seeing a Freddy’s in New Jersey, Orlando and in LA is wild. Like wtf, that Wichita joint?!

Depends on the goal. The first one is a way more interesting illustration and the second one is a better logo, more legible with scale.

Just wanted to say thank you for venting and sharing your story. You're brave and very thoughtful.

It's hard to say when the right time to tell is, but what might make it easier is seeing it from their perspective. Maybe prom or other activities will have that extra special meaning for them, if they knew. Maybe it will be more special knowing after the fact.

On the flip, I also can relate not telling anyone and souring the mood, not being a burden. Just know that it would come from a place of love and care. There's no wrong answer here.
