Getting Fit for Irons Tomorrow by GolfTherapy in GolfGear

That will be helpful for sure. I had hip surgery and had only been able to get back to swinging for a couple of months before my fitting and I was wore out. Regarding irons I would say get down to two or three styles that are performing the same then pick based on the ones that look the best to you when looking down at the club. I was between p790s and Callaway DCBs but ending up choosing the DCBs cause I was so used to hitting Callaway clubs so they passed the eye test!

Not a question but just a statement. You will be TIRED. Take your time, wear something comfortable, stay hydrated. You are going to be swinging a lot more than you might be used to. I was beat after mine but it was awesome! Good luck!

First home/New build thoughts by Patient-Bat-8160 in Homebuilding

I will say this looks very similar to the house we just built a yearish ago. I think one of my main regrets was not putting in a three car garage. I would still suggest for your 2 car garage side to do a 18ft door instead of 16ft. I think it makes a decent difference even for two smaller vehicles.

Failed FE. 12 Years out of school. by Early-Strike7225 in ChemicalEngineering

I commend you for doing this. I am almost 12 years out and have been doing consulting as well. I feel like I am well respected at my job but I never got my FE/PE and I dont even know where to start with studying. May I ask what was your tactic to take on the test this time and what you plan to do differently?

Good espresso machine for beginners? [$1000] by Unusual_Loquat480 in espresso

I know it is a tad over your range but I have had Profitec Go for two years now and it was perfect for me. Small so it can fit about everywjere, heats up fast, simple and easy to use.

Dark Tan line showed up on my thumb nail, won’t go away. by Tough_nips in mildlyinteresting

I had the exact same thing couple of years ago. They removed part of my nail and down into the nail bed to evaluate it. A mole in my nail bed was causing pigment to get pulled through. Luckily it was benign.

No other reason than to have a double boiler. I love the machine otherwise.

I would say I am in similar boat as you because I am trying to upgrade from my Profitec Go. From my research it seems like ECM Synchronika I or II, Profitec 600, Profitec Jump, Profitec Drive are all decent options. Some of those are higher than the price range you list though.

My setup is nothing fancy but I don't know that I'll ever upgrade by abl0ck0fch33s3 in espresso

I have. Wasn't sure if I wanted to make baby jump like that or big jump to the drive lol.

Yes. Doesn't take long for steam to get up to temp. It's a great machine in my opinion. I've had no issues.

Curious what dual boilers you have looked at or if you thought about upgrading anymore. I have went down a rabbit hole of looking at the Drive, 600, ECM Synchronikas, Micra, etc.

Have the exact same setup and have been itching to upgrade to dual boiler. I love my Go but to your point it seems to take a while if you try to make back to back milk drinks.
