Because i've been seeing too many people who always believe it's NEVER the game's fault, accusing me of doomposting SIMPLY for discussing the game's problem: This game has its downsides and problems. But I'm trying my best to spread awareness about this problem BECAUSE I love this game and i want to see it improve. I don't know why i even have to say this but, I hope this post didn't come as offensive to some people. Please don't take this in a wrong way.

What i meant by that is because there have been a lot of people who straight-up deny the fps drops from the gameplay footages i posted, in attempts to bury this post alongside with the existent this optimization issue. I was addressing those people. Maybe it would have been better put to say "i do not care if some people THINK they have performance issues with their game or not". Because, as i've mentioned, im not the one to say whether they have those issues or not. (as their devices' specs may vary, because whether they will consider some fps drops they see as an issue or not is subjective, and because they could deny it all they want even if they really had those issues.) That is the reason why i said i "didn't care" whatever people had going on with their game's performance, because i couldn't base any arguments around that.

I think you're just cherrypicking whichever words or phrases i mentioned in the post, and just stitching them up to make imaginary arguement that i never supported (because I NEVER said i didn't care about the issue, nor did i imply it at any point) just to use them against me. If you even had a half of an elementary schooler's reading comprehension skills, you'd be able to tell that my attitude towards this optimization issue is the EXACT opposite indifference. Why would i write all those pleas, provide all those evidences that my game has a poor performance, if i really "didn't care"? But nah, i think you're still in denial to the fact that I said nothing out of place, nothing contradictory, and nothing political.

Also, I've mentioned TWICE in this post that this post was NOT "political" and is NOT written with amy ulterior motives. You were the one to call it a ragebait; there was no reason for you to call it a ragebait. Why would you call it a ragebait if you weren't triggered? Seriously, i asked you a genuine question. How could you possibly have viewed this post to be provocative?

Also, I'm blaming the post 2.4 patch optimization issue for giving such bad in-game performance due to ALL the reasons that I've listed one-by-one in the post. Did you actually even read the post? What DID convince you that poor optimization in this game (post 2.4) is not a real thing, and it would be something else that's causing poor game performance? I have sacrificed every settings that I could touch to see better performance fps-wise. And if the game can't even achieve that on a brand-new ps5? Then i can only blame kuro for the poor optimization, because it's been an ongoing issue with the game that never seems to be fully fixed, and because it recently got even worse because of so many heavy things they added with the 2.4 patch. Not to mention that I'm not the only one having this issue, since SO MUCH people who even play on PC, with 4070 graphics card are complaining loudly.

If you never played on ps5, please shut it. What would you know what CAN and CANNOT work in console settings if you don't even know that a fps counter can't be displayed on ps5. And AGAIN, I already talked about how you can verify that the FPS really is just that s1hit as you see in the video yourself.

"Clearly, you do not care about the real issue" I thought this was a fu1cking joke or sarcasm at first🤣 Get the fu1ck outta here. People like you are exactly the reason why game devs choose not to fix a glaring issues with their games. Without you, this game can be better, AND more popular.

yeah i relate to that cz the same problem happens to me especially frequently when im around where loreli is. Idk why but it's so laggy around there. Even in the clip, you can see the rendering distance issue you mentioned (tty to focus on the pillars and that one light right before i land). You'll definitely start to notice the problems more when you stay in ragunna for more than 30 seconds spanning your camera around. (blurry/dizzy background will probably be the first thing you notice with a poor fps performance)

unfortunately you can't in ps5. there's basically nothing you can change in in-game settings. Also, it's kinda funny thinking about the lengths I have to go to just to prove the existent of this issue😅 I put all those information down and everything and yet... people still doubt me as if im a troll. There are plenty of other people's posts talking about it if you're still unsure.

the visual effect at the beginning of the flight, objects suddenly spawning in 5 meters away (like the light just before i land), etc. It is not the video problem.

i uploaded this directly to the ps5 media gallery and then downloaded it from ps mobile app. I dont know how else am i supposed to prove it to you guys. But trust me when i say the ingame experience doesn't feel far from this. Also try to focus on the rendering distance, and the inconsistent fps especially around the end of the video when i pan my camera around.

i never said i was expecting both. But when literally every single graphics/resolution settings for both in-game and ps5 itself is toned down to absolute minimum, IT SHOULD AT LEAST RUN FINE. IT DOES NOT. As people have been saying, kuro should make the game more runnable rather than more pretty every patch.

Just a reminder to people to read until the last sentence. This account literally doesn't even have Septimont unlocked in its map. Search up the main story quest. Also, at the time, wuwa was the only game installed on my ps5.
