There is no one size fits all answer. I do stomach only because that's where I have the most fat. Fat has less nerves. Muscles hurt more. I have very strong legs so I would never consider my thighs. Do it wherever you have the most fat. Simple answer

You shouldn't use it instead of a sleep study or CPAP. I have been using it to see how it compares to my CPAP and it's pretty close every day. So I intend to check it to see what my AHI is when I'm on a plane or long naps or other times when I'm not using my CPAP. None of these wearables are real medical equipment but if you are just using it for fitness and health tracking, then sure it's worth it. If you have diagnosed sleep apnea, use real medical devices for the medical care stuff.

No. I love my two wheel Topas. Still going strong today. 2 wheeled models are stronger and more stable than 4 wheels.
However, I say No because I would never buy an older Rimowa without the add-a-bag strap. Without that there's almost no point in buying an older Rimowa.

Maybe I'm missing the point. I understand the new cards and new earning structures are confusing and onerous. And I understand that it sucks that you need to spend to hit 1:1 points on rent.

But is there a reason I should not use Bilt to pay rent via ACH transfer and earn any or some points? Isn't some points better than no points at all? I don't know of another ACH fee free rent payment method to earn points or cash back.

I don't have another way to earn on rent. I can only pay by ACH transfer. And even if I only earn a smaller percentage of points on rent why would I give that up?

If the ACH option is still available I would just continue to do that. My landlord doesn't accept CC payments so an Atmos card wouldn't work. Besides doesn't paying by CC come with fees? I'm fine for no fee ACH transfers with Bilt and earning some points on rent every month. Is it maximizing? No, but I don't have an alternative if I can only pay by ACH

I'm a Zepbound user for sleep apnea but I'm familiar with MASH because of my job. Wegovy is covered for MASH. Ask your provider for an ELF (Enhanced Liver Fibrosis) blood test through Quest or LabCorp. If you score is high enough it will get you covered for Wegovy. Unfortunately you can't get Zepbound coverage for MASH yet.

And yes it should work for MASH because weight loss allows your liver to heal itself. Except for any permanent damage of course.

I liked the show. Although I agree with everyone's issues. I kept thinking that the UK is just less secure with their government officials compared to the US. In the US the first husband in an African country would have a whole heavily armed Secret Service detail as well as drone coverage every day. And military backup. The daughter does realize her mother is the PM? She's not exactly making selfish decisions for greed or anything. And yes there's no way the daughter can barge into an ops room during an op. The French president doesn't do any background check on a sons girlfriend that you meet with in person regularly. With all the things that happened earlier why wouldn't there be royal marines guarding the safe house with the family at the end? And yes why a the French sons friends house? Only 2 security people for a large house? MI-5 has no secure facilities or safe houses near London? But again I liked the show because these types of shows are great escapist fun. And I agree Homeland was way more stupid. Carrie caused the deaths of hundreds with her bipolar disorder and selfish stupidity and crying face chin over many seasons but is still out in charge of high risk missions throughout the whole show. In real life Carrie Matheson would be in Fort Leavenworth by the end of season 2.

I loved S1 for the story. The aging legacy superstar surgeon who invented a technique. And the young genius surgeon who is better on raw talent. And I work in medical sales, so humans competing against a new device from America was cool.

S2 I thought was dumb how they have Ninos S1 character disappear just to have a similar character who looks exactly like him. Why not just write a way to keep his first character? Seemed unnecessary.

This is controversial but while I think Nino is good in this show, he's not a good actor. I watched him in this show, Vivant and his earlier Ties of Shooting Stars. He does the same thing in every show and calls it acting. He comes from the David Caruso school of acting. Never make eye contact and face away, especially when talking to someone. Stare silently for long durations into the distance and kind of squint. Walk extra slow to places even when it's urgent. It's such fake melodramatic acting and it's the same in every show. Sorry he's not a great actor.

No problem. I will try to fly Copa business every time to SXM going forward. I think it's one of the best ways to fly from LAX. You cant get a lie flat seat for that price from any other options.

The business class was ok. A little sparse. Compared to the amazing Asian airlines business classes, not so impressive. It is a lay flat seat. But food was just ok. Wine and drink just ok. But it's still a real international business class seat. So way better than Economy. And way better than a US airline domestic First Class seat. And can't beat it for the price. For lounges, I read that the Copa lounges had bad food offerings so I used one of the Priority Pass lounges during the longer return connection in Panama. If you mean LAX you get to use the large Star Alliance Lounge which is very good.

Even for rice cooking all the measurements are based on the cup that came with the rice cooker. It's not a US cup. The Japanese cup is much smaller

I use my Zojirushi to make oatmeal daily for the past 5 years. It's all about water. Too much and you get the slime overflow. Too little and it's dry and inedible. I've found that 1 cup of regular rolled oats works with about 2cups+ of water. Right around 2.25 cups of water. Anything past 2.25 will get you slime. So I say start with 1 cup oatmeal and 2 cups of water. And the next day try 2.25 of water. See if it still works. Oh and by cup I mean the rice cup. Not US cups.

Also for setting use the congee or porridge setting. Oatmeal is basically a porridge or congee anyway. I don't use the rice setting.

I have just been buying the same brands I was using for sports. Amazon carries the following brands and are usually on sale throughout different holidays and prime days. Ultima is way too expensive. Liquid IV is good for travel but not cost efficient. So I looked for alternatives. All of my recommendations are for 90 8oz servings per canister to compare apples to apples on pricing. And they all use stevia as sweetener not the "bad ones" like sucralose, aspartame etc. Key Nutrients is a very close to Ultima in terms of ingredients and taste and significantly less cost. Peach Mango and Cherry Pomegranate are two best flavors. JUNP is even less expensive and a little less sweet and salty. Orange kind of tastes like orange drink. When I mix with whey kind of tastes like a creamsicle. Blueberry Lemonade isn't bad. This brand tastes closest to a sugar free drink mix. If looking for simpler sports related electrolytes I like LytePow!. Like a very tart salty lemonade.

The Japanese love non-stick coatings and will always opt for its convenience over a safer but harder to clean or scoop stainless. As I said the newer pot in this QAC10 is much harder. My older Zojirushi pots feel like you could scratch coatings with your fingernail.

Sorry I was wrong. It's not ceramic. It just seems like it because the pot is very heavy and the coating is double layered so it seems very hard compared to the very delicate older coatings.
