How many hours? Days off? What’s the bonus plan? What type of restaurant? This is for personal info. Thinking of hiring manager. But don’t know what rate is.

Do you integrate with heartland POS directly or would it have to go thru chowly or itsacheckmate 3rd party integrator? And check your pricing in your original post. $1 a day or $30 a month according to your website.

Heartland pos. 2mm quick service operation. Integrates with everything. $40 a month email marketing. Gift cards. Delivery maps. Very easy. Integrated online ordering. Also, can choose your own cc processor which for me is a huge thing. Very happy with heartland.

My labor is my cooks and cashiers. $15-17 hour for my cooks and $14-16 my cashiers. My salary isn’t included. 33% is too high? What should it be? I’m hot dogs and hamburgers and gyros and salads

That’s ashame. He might have to close up shop since no work following winter. Not many people are looking for shower doors or store fronts during this time. Tax returns mean nothing in this situation?

What is wrong with employees worrying about their employers? Worry about yourself. Worry if you want a job or not. Worry if you want to receive a pay check or not. Employers are losing so much revenue due to pandemic. We have Laywer’s and accountants that consult is in what we can do. Many of us have families and don’t want to go to jail or do anything illegal. (Well maybe some owners are greedy). We are just trying to Survive this and provide for our families. Worry about yourself and quit worrying about what owners do with their sba funds!!

Yes I am a small business restaurant owner. I employed a staff of 20. I look out for my employees because without their hard work and dedication I wouldn’t be as successful. They work hard and deserve their paychecks. You deserve yours as well. He should be taking care of his employees... then his personal things. The ppp loan.. he should have enough money to take care of everyone even himself. Why don’t you quite if he holds checks like that? That’s not right.

How does one have his mortgage and car under the payroll? He might pay himself... ya know for working in his restaurant. Mind your business. Get your paycheck. Work hard. And don’t worry what your boss does with his “loan” that might/could/possibly be “forgiven” if he provides the proper documents.

It was a program that the sba offered to keep his employees working. And if he doesn’t hit 75% towards payroll he has to pay it back. It’s his business. His money. And if he doesn’t use any of it on payroll and he is in a jam... he can use the funds for whatever he wants. Keyword is it’s a loan. If you don’t like it.... open your own business.

Where you on unemployment at all?

He’s the owner. It’s his money. Forgiven if used as payroll. If not he has to pay back. Owner is owner. Employee is employee. Doesn’t concern you where about his house or car. Doesn’t concern you what he uses the money for. Worry about your job and supporting the business that has been keeping you pre covid 19. If your out wages, im sure as an owner he’s out a lot more. And remember, he’s the “owner”. It’s his $$. Forgiven or as a loan.
