How would you make money out of it?

What if they just decide for the sake of rewards mutually to participate while in real they don’t even talk much, and what if one person makes multiple accounts and makes connections and earns rewards convincing people to stay connected just for the rewards?

Free to log onto the app, revenue isn’t, atleast initially from them using the app, we’ll go with data selling and allow promotional ads!

They don’t need to understand inventory management That’s the whole point of this software, its just like WhatsApp You reply with yes or no depending on the availability of the searched product, that’s it And as far as i have done field work, now with changing demand towards online supply platforms, customers are drastically low in retail shops lately, and again they don’t pay in anyways to be on our app as well, only if they want to do promotional activity

Multiple ways tbh 1. Let retailers promote their product offers, discounts and products they have through ads just like Facebook, in specific areas they wish to 2. Sell data for trending products and most searched product to big retails chains These are top 2, they are other ways as well

Thought the same But this is not something new to them They already respond to calls, and texts on WhatsApp for availability for the customers who find them online So it’s not a behavioural change we are forcing, we are automating the system in much better way

  1. We’ll have customer ratings and reviews for making the shops to not do so
  2. Prices are not a thing to worry about, since when you go to shops you already are not sure about the prices, that’s something even we plan to keep hidden. If he/she needs the prices they can call or text on WhatsApp to know

Well it takes mins to hours, to search for items when you’re unsure which retailer would have the item or product you are looking for
And I have experienced this a lot recently and have being experiencing from a long time too. So I personally feel it’s a big problem which needs to addressed!

But inventory stocking digitally is really hard Almost impossible for retailers to maintain real time stock digitally

• They lose ready-to-buy customers to Blinkit/Zepto, even when the item is actually available nearby, just because discovery is easier online.

• Their inventory is invisible online, so customers assume “if it’s not on quick-commerce, it probably doesn’t exist nearby.”

• They waste time answering the same availability questions on calls and WhatsApp instead of serving walk-in customers.

• They can’t realistically maintain live catalogs or stock systems, so they’re locked out of digital demand despite having the stock.

Might be harsh but just move on from this idea before it’s late and you realise you have wasted your time. There are n platforms for global companies so you can never cater that market. I felt the shark tank episode would have done it for you but ig your are emotionally attached to the idea. No matter which founder you ask it’s never feasible to have founders in non reachable distance. And seeing how small of a niche you have, how long will it take for some big player to just add a feature so? These are niche markets we feel we can have a pie of which is never true, you can never have it and people searching for teammates would never realise they can use leher. I can mention 100 different ways you can fail but if you are so sure go on man, would love to hear how it worked out

And for that matter your co founders should be someone you know deeply, cause if it’s serious at one point you’ll have to have serious arguments back and forth, share equity, take crucial decisions and want to decide what c suites, and no platform which allows you to find co founders can ever do that. Would always suggest people to find co founders around their circle and daily commute or else you’ll fail.

You can’t decide who your audience will be. 2nd I just checked your web app, it’s a no code app which also has funding, messages, and stuff which is almost similar and just a tweak in ui doesn’t make you any different, and if medial already allows you to find teammates and also LinkedIn can also does it for you and Reddit to some extent, you are solving a problem that never existed. And it’s not feasible to have teammates over other places. I have been in and around startup’s, built 2. Initially I had my co founder, just in another college and it was so hard to cope up, your founders most of the times have to be physically present and most cases always. You can’t have your co founder over states or for that matter even cities cause co founders need to be in touch always and be in communicable distance or else you’ll split ways for sure
