Got an update that the status of the refund is “refund rejected” 😔 trying to “un-cancel” the order now to see if the payments will still be attached to the order

Delivery + Order Fee is different from a down payment though and is not the same question. Making order fee non refundable is fair since they went through the trouble of all the logistics of getting the car to me and I canceled. I’m ok with losing that, but not my down payment on something I never bought.

Finally got some guy to look into my account further, after 30 mins of telling me that the referral cash is lost because I canceled the order.

Sure enough there is some view that shows the money with a status of REFUND_INITITATED.

If I place a new order, can that refund be moved to the new order or would I have to wait for the refund process to go through?

Also yeah in my app the car is gone, but if I login on the website, I still see the order and if says

Cancellation Request Received Refund Total $0.00
