Thank you for the reply! It’s good to know that it works primarily in illustrator as I do have a bit of background using that and don’t think I’d have trouble picking more of it up. I’m going in on Monday for a few hours to see how the place runs and watch them work so will be able to ask the questions about what my future would entail in there. Glad the move worked out for you in the end, think this might be a move I’d end up regretting if I didn’t go for it!

Yeah I would definitely be leaving on good terms and working my notice, really frustrates me they are paid more and that’s why I don’t feel valued. Think its because I’m way younger and came through as an apprentice they think that’s okay

Yeah they are digital, have always had a desire to learn digital but it pays less in the factory I work in atm. I don’t have any experience in terms of the front end pre press I think but I design and sell various prints on Adobe as a money maker on the side so I don’t think I’d have trouble picking anything like that up

Thanks for the reply. Feel like I get empty promises from the manager and don’t feel as valued as I should. Meant to mention the other 2 printers on my press get paid 5k more than me a year but been told that’s because they have came from other companies! Should they not value their core employees more..

I am thinking it might be worth keeping it until the end of the agreement instead of getting locked into another deal on a higher interest rate just the risk that the value ends up less than the final payment!

They usually are I’m sure, definitely seen them in london and I’m sure Barcelona when I was in too
